Negatives: Customer service! Most impolite receptionist I have ever met, simply saying "RUDE" does not express how unprofessional this person was! Even forgot to program in my wake up call for my international flight the next morning @ 0400! The WIFI required an unnecessary exercise for access! The receptionist did not enter my name correctly into the system, so accessing the WIFI was impossible, not to mention filling in ones required personal information was more like a job application for Gods sake

Negatives: Hot water issue tried to take shower around 5p first night, was completely out of hot water in less than 10 minutes. talked to staff and they said have had complaints before, its because water travels so far from heater. continued having hot water issue
