I liked how the rooms and the hallways of the building stayed pretty warm during the negative weather. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I always have a problem with the keys not working from time to time. At least once Everytime I stay. Then I need to walk around to the front and have them reprogram the card. This time it locked me out when my hands were full and it was below zero out.

We stayed here before the pandemic and didnt complain at all. Rooms were clean and staff was nice. 4 years later and its a totally different hotel. So gross. They dont clean or dust anything off. My family booked rooms and so did my wife. All the sheets had stains and pubic hair in them. There was a cockroach (I have a picture) sitting on the couch in my parents room. I accidentally stepped and crunched a bug while I was in my room. Bathtubs are stained and trash is littered in the parking lot. Also, a hotel worker will make it his duty to watch you unload things from your car and then he will act like he is going inside when you gathered all your things but if you forget something and have to walk back to your car he will stay out there and watch you from a distance. Creepy.

Nothing, this was probably the worst facility Ive stayed in my entire life. It was extremely dirty, stains on the towels/pillows/bedsheets. So disgusting. We would have gone to another hotel but it was only one night and our only option for a close by wedding.
Negatives:
This facility is kept in fowl shape. The carpets look like theyve never been cleaned. There was hair & dirt on our floor in the room along with on the springbox of the mattress. The towels/pillows/bedsheets were stained. The sink water in the bathroom smelled. So dirty. I was scared about bed bugs the entire stay.
