The owner was the kindest gentleman, until my key kept being deactivated by my phone apparently and I had to have it reactivated. And then heard him talking in his native language to his family members helping him clean the rooms next to us. While he made the stay pleasant at first, it didn’t end up being a place I would ever go again.
Negatives:
This is the nicest motel 8 in America. The pool room is locked unless you ask for it to be opened. You only get 2 cheap towels unless you ask for more. The pool was ice cold and awful. The breakfast is dollar store snack cakes, a waffle maker, 2 cereal options that were Raisin Bran and Frosted Flakes. And the coffee was only 3 portable containers. Old and cold is what I would call it. The room had soggy and wet smelling carpet. The air/heat sucked as well. The water turned out electric toothbrushes black with mildew and they were brand new when we arrived. The bed was ok but bring an extra blanket because theirs are a sheet, a fleece type, and then the top covering which never gets washed. We were there for 4days and witnessed their cleaning practices. Trust me they don’t get washed.

it’s advertised having coffee maker in the room which wasn’t a huge deal since they offered it in the cafeteria it’s just a convenience of it. Place was a little outdated. Some of the stuff was broken in the room but overall it was OK.
