They told us the room we booked did not allow pets and switched us to another room with a hole in the wall. We had a child with us and the whole was fairly big. Did not like it for the safety standpoint of our child

no one was at the desk for a while when I first showed up. we hauled all our things up stairs. I went to take a bath and there was no plug for the tub. I went to the phone to call the front desk and the phone wouldn't work. I got disgusted and put my clothes on and went down stairs. she didn't give a crap. someone would have to got to the store to get a stopper because they didn't have an extra one. I told her about the phone and she said it was probably unplugged. I told her I already checked that and she asked me if we wanted to change rooms. I was so frustrated by then I told her to forget it. I feel the phone issue was definitely a safety issue. while I was taking my bath, I looked over and there was pee around the bottom of the toilet. I just got out and went to bed. my husband was equally disgusted.

It was an ok place to sleep.
Negatives:
Hot tub was out of order, and apparently had been for an extended period. Should be noted on website.
Breakfast was food, not much more than that.
Other "little" stuff. But happened to be an accessible room, so would be more serious for others.
- No light near entry
- "Flusher" on toilet sticks. Have to manually pull it up, or flushes continuously.
- Bathroom light timer. Turns on but never turns off / times out. (If there's supposed to be a fan with it, doesn't work.)

Clean, room was very comfortable and a good size. Updated. Bed was comfy and clean. Lots of good pillows. Couch was a good size. Smart tv.
Negatives:
Smelled like new paint, but I guess that could also be an okay thing for the future if they’re renovating rooms. And it wasn’t super strong, didn’t even realize it anymore after a few minutes, so not a big deal. Also, my boyfriend said there was not complimentary shampoo in the bathroom.
