The location, the size of the room, water pressure were all good things

The pool was locked upon asking we found out the heater had broken (the pool was a large reason for renting from here) the stopper in the tub didn't go down, i had to wipe things off in the bathroom it was dirty, the elevator was filthy and don't get me started on the washing machine i wouldn't of used it but had no other options .

This hotel is a fraud! They billed our debit card a week after staying there $--. Claiming that we broke a TV that was already broken when we arrived.

Key car would not work and had to be reprogrammed multiple times. Tried to request one extra night but hotel was booked due to the 4th of July holiday. Not their fault.

Key cards stopped working at 8 am. The pool was not open or operational. The room was not vacuumed adequately. The side exit door did not latch or lock closed - safety. And security issue.

There was mold on the shower head. No coffee maker. The pool was closed. The internet didnt work most of time so than the tv didnt work

it just looked run down. also the people hanging around outside looked rather rough. we should have known when the rate was about $100 a night compared to $150 to $200 at other places. We choose to eat the cost if the reservation made an hour before arrival was not refunded rather than stay there. I it one thing to not refund for the first night do feel it unacceptable that the second night was charged and not refunded.
