Was only given 2 flat pillows and when asked for just 1 more was told laundry was closed. There was no breakfast. Upon checking In mind you my room was completely paid for before arrival, they had to go make sure my room was clean.

The room was infested with bed bugs, lights didn't work, the air conditioner was not working and needed repairs as well as new buttons. The remote was old and needed new batteries unless you stay very close to the TV. The towels and bed linen didn't smell good. The room was very hot and when I complained about a injured animal trying get inside the room outside my door so they call animal control they didn't bother doing it. The vending machine was not giving out correct merchandise and then also became sold out of drinks I wanted and they didn't refill it entire four days. The customer service was rude and I didn't see house cleaning check in on me entire stay, even ran out of tissue paper after only using it once because the previous people used them all up almost. Worse part is while being in the dark because the lights don't work I even stubbed my toe on something sharp they keep under the bed that sticks out like a medal blade frame post stuck to the ground around the bed space. Worse motel stay experience ever had. They even gave me a similar type of room condition last time I was there but I gave them another chance which I regret now.

the only thing I liked is that it’s near by airport and it’s at a quiet location
Negatives:
the things I didn’t liked are
1. my room was not prepared before even calling them and telling them my exact time of arrival.
2. it was not so clean
3. the bed sheets had stains all over
4. I was in room no. 210 and it’s AC was not working properly so they changed me in room 120 which had the same AC
5. the coffee machine was not working and it spilled out all the water
6. the bathing towels was disgusting should be washed properly
7. there was lack of lights in the room and everything was dim

It seemed cleaned well.
Negatives:
I paid for a queen sized room, and our bed was not a queen. This was easy to tell since the headboard was a queen sized headboard, and the bed was clearly a double/full. So, feel overcharged in general.
Also, if the top sheets are so badly stained that you can't get them out with bleach, maybe it's time for new ones?

The staff, the nasty room, no one emptied trash or brought clean towels. Room wasn't cleaned during our stay. Phone didnt work. Remote to TV was broken. Underage guys were smoking dope outside our door. WE HAVE ASTHMA. Just over all disappointed!

The shower sprayed water everywhere. No exhaust in bathroom.
Bathroom door would not shut without slamming.
No kleenex.
The door between bathroom and sink and vanity is in the way if you are by the sink and someone trying to come out from the bathroom that person will get hit with the door opening.
