It is family owned and run. The owners are very caring, very hands on! They are there 24 hours a day. The housekeeping staff couldn't be better!

It was close to a lot.
Negatives:
The owner and his wife sat and stared at house when we were in the pool. They walked up and down the halls all night it was very creepy. They watched us it was really uncomfortable. The jacuzzi tub in are room was very dirty we turned it on and the water and black stuff that came out of the jets were gross. The hole reason we got that room was to enjoy the jacuzzi, and we couldn't.
