The staff was extremely friendly. They were super helpful when we had questions or requests. The breakfast was better than we expected, not anything outstanding, but not dried up barely edible stuff like many hotels. Our room and the common areas of the hotel were all very clean.
Negatives:
The common areas of the hotel were hot. There were no elevators. Our room had a tub instead of a walk in shower. I don't know how we would have managed if one of us were injured and had mobility issues.

It was close to a lot.

The owner and his wife sat and stared at house when we were in the pool. They walked up and down the halls all night it was very creepy. They watched us it was really uncomfortable. The jacuzzi tub in are room was very dirty we turned it on and the water and black stuff that came out of the jets were gross. The hole reason we got that room was to enjoy the jacuzzi, and we couldn't.
