Positives:
Our room was absolutely beautiful and completely met the needs of our entire family. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety and everything was clean and well-cared for. The underground parking was such a bonus, especially with the rainy weather. Our favorite feature was the pool. Clean, spacious, and fun!
Negatives:
A guest at breakfast each morning was very rude to our young family. She was older and there may have been other issues she was dealing with, but it certainly made some of our breakfast mornings unpleasant. We did not bring this up with any staff, as she never got aggressive beyond yelling, "Shut up!" at our well-behaved kids. If not for her, this would have been a perfect experience.

Thr pillow was soft
Negatives:
The elevator was screechy I honestly thought it was going to break. The pool didn't have a hot tub and was subpar. The staff was okish but seemed annoyed by my 6 year old autistic son spilling his juice in the morning even though I gave prior warning about his condition. The room was cleanish there was a stain on the sheet and hair in the bathroom plus the coffee pot was in the bathroom gross. They put us top floor all the way in the back not ideal for small kids who like to run down the hall and jump in elevators would prefer a first floor. You could see the very poor attempt repairs they tried to do. The kind where they just painted over the hole. Needed in our room as we left the pool when chunks of hair were floating from another guy and my hubby went to get pizza with our key and the front desk guy seemed annoyed that I didn't have my ID on me while in my bathing suit.....he gave a sigh and asked for my full address instead. Honestly next time don't put small kids on the top far floor. Waffles we're good though
