Negatives: No coffee shop n room

Negatives: The bed was very hard, it was like I was sleeping on the floor. I was very scared of the location of my room.

Negatives: Very poor lighting. The one over the bed was not working so all we had was a desk lamp which wasn’t enough to read in bed.

Negatives: No where in bookings.com was a $50 refundable “incidental fee” mentioned that was to be collected at check in. I objected to this because we checked in at about 8 pm and planned on checking out by 7 am the next morning. There would be no “incidentals” - it’s not like they have room service or anything. The desk clerk pointed to a quarter size hole in the ceiling and informed me that a customer had done that and this is why the charge the fee to cover damages. I replied “Then why have you not repaired the hole? I assume you kept that customer’s $50?!” He had no answer. I better see a $50 credit on my account today or there will be issues. The building is falling apart. We had to take an upstairs room and the stairs to get there were rusting out - piles of rust and fallen metal from the stair casing lay underneath the stairs. The stairs themselves were “mushy”. The room itself was clean but the mattress was so old and uncomfortable sleep was almost impossible. Pillows were hard as rocks and springs in the mattress literally poked through every time you rolled over and stabbed you in the back. It is quite possibly the worst motel 6 we’ve ever experienced. We were only there to sleep for a few hours and that why we chose a cheaper motel but by the time the $50 incidentals charge was added we could have stayed at a Marriott!

Negatives: A $50 deposit, even though I paid for the room prior to arriving. Ridiculous and if I didn’t have the cash on hands, I would’ve had to wait a few days to get it credited back to my card.

Negatives: The noisy neighbors and the loud vehicle they had along with the comings and goings of their stay along with banging on their door when coming and going. Worse than dogs barking.

Negatives: Honestly, I enjoyed everything!

Negatives: Sink leaked from under the sink onto the floor. Heat didn’t work.

Negatives: Front of motel looked decent. Back of hotel (where they were putting everyone) had tons of rotten exterior wood trim and all the room doors looked like they were taken from a war zone. The overhangs and stairs looked unsafe. There was tons of trash in the parking lot (back of motel only). Not paper trash; appliances from motel and maybe some from other places... car parts... Stayed for one night. The housekeeper banged on my door TWELVE TIMES before 9:30 am. It was the same housekeeper each time.
