Positives: Continued of dislikes. Bathroom smelled like a ashtray (mind you I have severe allergies), bottom of the door was broken and hard to get out of the bathroom, a.c. did not get cold, outlets on wall did not work.
Negatives: I initially asked for a room facing the front but the "new clerk" claims she was new and didnt know what faced the front and didnt seem to care and ask anyone else. The room I ended up getting smelled like someone wasted a bottle of cologne.....

Positives: the air conditioner in the room did not work properly. Because of my experience I was able to put it in manual and control that way. But my wife had to endure very hot conditions for six hours. She could not call as phone in room also did work.
Negatives: no air and no phone. i should be reimbursed. i went to another hotel the next day

Positives: Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my whole life. Bad smell all over and rooms smelled drugs. Breakfast is only coffee and bar. Very bad experience. Hotel is in nice area.

Positives: It was clean and staff was friendly.
Negatives: It's right over the interstate and there was a tremendous amount of car noise. There are signs in the room re: checking with the front desk if you forgot anything - l asked for body lotion and none was available. Limited toiletries in room.
