We arrived at the hotel and front desk didn’t have our reservation. Impolite staff. Hotel was full booked. Nobody give me an answer. I spend 2 hours looking for a hotel since all in the area hadn’t room avaible.

Very clean, great location, restaurants within walking distance, grocery stores near by, close to Express Way, budget friendly, plenty of storage.
Negatives:
Not all rooms come with a microwave and mini refrigerator. The ones that do cost extra. However, there's a microwave in the lobby for all to use. The front desk was not always visibly present. Not all ice machines are working.
