Hall floors really needed vacuuming, but all else was great.
Decent room, clean bathroom.
No fridge and no microwave in the room, only a common and dirty one close to the reciption. No option for breakfast.
Convenience to locations we had to be at, location of room, ability to use iron and ironing board on Saturday 6/11.
The staff. Dealt with mainly one person the majority of the time and it was Jarlene. We booked through Booking.com for our first 2 nights then plans changed needing to add a third night. I was fine booking a new reservation through the hotel with the staff for the extra night which I did on Saturday before we left for the wedding so I knew we were set for Sunday and wouldn’t have to worry. I provided my ID and my CC to Jarlene and was told all we needed to do was stop down in the morning and get our rom keys reprogrammed. I thought we were all set and we left. The next morning my husband went down around 06:45 am and was told we didn’t have a reservation for that night and we may need to leave. They said we had a 1 night reservation checking in on 6/11/22 and checking out on 6/12/22 thu Booking.com which was incorrect. I made the reservation for Sunday night myself with Jarlene on Saturday 6/11 before the wedding. I called down to the desk as spoke with Jarlene and she told me the same thing that we didn’t have a reservation for that night. I told her I would be right down. When I go to the front desk Jarlene didn’t even acknowledge me and wanted the other desk agent, I think Victor was his name to handle it when he didn’t know the issue. As someone who used to run hotels I am a bit more lenient than the average person because I know things happen. However, I would be grossly embarrassed if my staff treated my guests the way these two did. No acknowledgement other than to tell the customer that they’re wrong and not even try to acknowledge the mistake or apologize. The agent Alexis I think her name was when we needed to get towels was great. At least we were acknowledged and she didn’t look like she hated her job .We looked passed no longer having amenities like hair dryers, irons,etc. We travel a lot and utilize Motel6 for convenience and accessibility but will never stay at this motel again.

Staff and housekeeping were very friendly and thorough. Great location with places to eat, shop and bank nearby.
Safe, comfortable room. Minor problem with room air conditioner was handled promptly. Was everything I expected.
Question the "company policy", requiring a two day hiatus after a 28 day stay, in order to extend my stay for another month?!? I spent $1700.00 in my stay. Don't you like my money? If I have to go to a different motel, I am not likely to come back.
