There was a check-in issue with a partner Booking.com. Was told at 11PM there were no rooms left. The worker TONY went way beyond what we all thought was excellent customer service, and did manage to let us stay in a room for that night.

The window faces the rising sun but the curtain does not cover the entire window so the sun shines in and off the mirror behind the door right into your eyes laying on the bed. Hard bed. No fridge or microwave in the room. AC was not great.
