Positives: Hotels with door directly to the outside ,in my view, are muck safer than walking down some creepy, long hallway to find your room. Additionally, going in/out of room is much less of a process. RRI has those type of doors. Afternoon FD staff very friendly
Negatives: Place has deteriorated. Room was not "PLUS' but same price. No coffee in rooms. Had to take my own trash to dumpster. Overnight FD worker refused to assist me and was quite rude.Thought CO time was at noon-not quite ready at 11. Janitor still made me go!

Positives: Hotel location is excellent. Bed was very comfortable Room was clean
Negatives: Had a terrible experience with a new staff member late at night when I checked in. She was not friendly, not helpful, not trained properly. I had to pay a few dollars extra out of my pocket to even get a room and it took her 30 minutes to check me in

Positives: My vehicle didn't get broken in to.
Negatives: Was suppose to be 2 beds. Received one bed. No mini fridge which was supposed to be there. Non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Sink was cracked. Drywall screws in bathroom door. Mattress was an old box spring. MJ odor outside lobby door.

Negatives: TV / cable menu needs improvement compared to other chains I visit, as EVERY time I want to see channels is by seeing Mario Lopez hawking in room movies before getting to the main menu.

Positives: the staff was friendly and were accommodating to us during our stay.
Negatives: we had to switch rooms because the first room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and this hotel claims to be smoke free. the people in the rooms next to us were loud and smoking outside the rooms when we arrived. we asked the front desk to move us.

Positives: It had snowed and salt was all over including my inside doorway. Was pleasingly surprised, as the housekeeper cleaned all this mess away during their cleaning, as I thought they’d wait until checkout. Very thoughtful.

Negatives: There were bedbugs in one of the rooms. I had 3 rooms. There was no microwave, refrigerator or remote control. They wanted to charge an extra $5/per night for the refrigerator. They initially wanted to refund only one room but did refund all 3.

Negatives: I'm disabled they put me on the 3rd floor all the way at the end of hall, chair was broken I fell!! Ask them to replace.. never happened, I was told theroom I paid for.... Wasn't eligible for an upgrade...I'm still furious.Extremely dissatisfied

Positives: the staff went above for me , when it wasn’t convenient time / key cards not working , cleaning ldy missed something , a gadget needed tweaking) they took care of it and without attitude under busy times. well kept hotel, clean & friend
Negatives: parking lot sucked had a bunch of issues, key cards ( always went out) ice machine by lobby but thats been limited due to covid and it wasnt even a big deal
