The curtain rod and all of the hooks were rusty. The fan looked dirty. The mattresses looked kind of sunken, not the best property i've been at for sure. The shower liner looked like it had black mold along the bottom.

Staff couldn't have been less helpful. I reserved a king bed and was told they couldn't accommodate so I said we can find somewhere else. It was our anniversary and we wanted a king bed. They then lied about a bed being cleaned (I've worked in many different hotel chains) amd made it seem like an inconvenience to put us in the bed we wanted. They gave us a key and nothing more was said. They didn't say where we could access an elevator or stairs or how to find our room. We then went searching and had to ask another guest where to find the elevator. They did even ask if we needed a cart for our luggage. The bed was also one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in.
