My room was cleaned on the first day of a afour day stay. My PJ’s dirty clothes toothbrush were taken PJ’s later found but the rest had to be replaced including support stocking which are expensive.

Close to shopping & food. Beds comfortable.
Negatives:
I really think they need to do some major renovations. The toilet bowl was cracked, sink stopper didn’t stay done. Rooms in general had holes where stuff was removed. Outlet plate was missing half of it. Sheets & comforter had stains. Also housekeeping didn’t wipe tables down very good….had sticky stuff on them.

Breakfast limited. Needed fresh fruit. The bed was comfortable, but the place needs updating. There was a big gap all around the door. Lights that were out. Looked like possible water damage on bathroom ceiling.
Negatives:
In the evening, we wanted to sit at the tables and play cards/ games. The staff wouldn't allow it. When you are meeting up with family and friends, you should be allowed to gather. The pool area was terrible. The room was not as clean as it should have been.

the breakfast service area was really nice and the person working in that area was very helpful and courteous.

I have stayed at this Inn multiple times, however on this visit my room was not clean and there were dirt marks all over the walls and doors as well as hair in the bathroom. I even found socks inside the lamp (apparently from last guest) who may have put them there to dry (disgusting). (I took photos of everything). Then when I spoke with front desk person (Lena) she was very rude and dismissive. The housekeeper was very respectful and apologetic which I never got from Lena and even offered to stay late so to clean the room. I have to say that I was scheduled to be there for 14 days and left after four. :(
