Positives:
Recently renovated rooms with comfortable beds and spacious layouts. The room and bathroom are spotless and modern. Staff are exceptionally friendly, and there's a great variety of breakfast options available.
Negatives:
The refrigerator and bathroom fan were quite loud, which was a bit disruptive. Also, getting to the hotel from the Amtrak station required a bus or Uber ride.

Cinnamon rolls are on point. Room was nicely remodeled. Staff was super nice
Negatives:
The location was under renovation so half of it seems closed off with plastic wrap. The breakfast area was moved to a small conference room while the lounge was under construction. The selections were not on par with other Holiday Inn Express I have stated at. The breakfast selection was sparse and drink options were large bottle of warm juice on a table. The warm cinnamon rolls were on point tho. Our room was completely remodeled which was nice. But as for the rest of the hotel, it's was in pretty worn shape. It will look great once the renovations are over but at the price per night of what I paid, 179.00 was way too much.

Hotel caught on fire, only used the room for 6 hrs total, 3 hours sleep. Crickets in the bathroom. Ants in the ice machine.
When we talked to the manager about a refund and the other problems he was very rude and dismissive. Said that insects were to be expected and that we probably had them in our house. Didn't even eat breakfast since there were ants in the ice machine which was close to the kitchen.
