Positives: We left a day early because the place and the staff were not at all to normal Hilton standards!

Negatives: We were ignored for over 40 minutes upon arrival while the one desk person was talking on the phone. We were famished and it was 2:50pm. We asked when their restaurant opened and she said 3 pm. We thought great, so we walked the equivalent of 3 blocks to our car and then the restaurant to find out it always opens at 4 pm. The person at the desk didn't even know the proper opening time. Very unacceptable. It just got worse from there. The room was a joke!!
