Hotel didn't seem to have an identity. It looked like a random assortment of structures tied together, there was no flow. Exterior looked like something from the Eastern Bloc in the 1980s. Amenities were few and far between, even a KCup was 3 dollars. No food/shopping opportunities within walking distance. Parking lot looked desolate. Sports bar was underwhelming. Fundamentally disappointed.

Love the breakfast, not a big fan of the sausages, they were a little tough but everything else was fantastic! Highly recommend this fantastic hotel over any other one for anyone staying around the Northbrook area. :)

Had some issues towards our last full day and morning with the elevators but luckily the other elevator was turned on for use. One issue we came across during our visit was using the digital room key would deactivate your physical key and you would have to go to the front desk to have them reprogram it, but not too bad of an issue, definitely a quick fix.

I won't come to you anymore. And I will not recommend your hotel and hotel to my friends if you have a restaurant at the hotel where the payment is charged to my room! The room is clean, everything is fine, but the restaurant is terrible. The hostess is very rude and unfriendly from the beginning, she was rude to me, saying we work from 11:00 and I came at 10:55! Then they brought dirty spoons in dirty brown napkins! I asked for coffee with milk, they brought me cold coffee and in a dirty little teapot where there was a little milk at the bottom of the teapot! My weekend is ruined, thank you very much!
