Positives: The staff was amazing.
Negatives: The hotel was dirty. Due to covid I always use Clorox wipes right away when I enter a room. I was shocked at how dirty the room was. Usually in hotels you canÂ't see the dirt. I had to use so many wipes to feel safe in the room.

Negatives: The room did not the requirements of a 4-star hotel. The air conditioning was terrible with a roaring fan. The room was cold and the window did not seem to be seal. The bathroom did not have even a hairdryer. The toilet had stain.

Positives: We were upgraded to the Ravina Suite We also received free breakfast. I wish more guests took advantage of the breakfast. The staff is attentive and friendly. The pool and Jacuzzi was definitely worth it. We even looked at it for our wedding reception.
Negatives: The suite bedroom wall needs to be sound proofed. We could hear the elevator through it. The elevators could also be upgraded to match the hotel.

Positives: Hotel employee during checkout and the young woman at the front desk around 10pm were wonderful and attentive. We felt well received even at breakfast. We had the pool area to our selves during our stay.
Negatives: The room hallways are unsettlingly dark but not an actual negative.
