Positives:
Check-in online was easy. Room was clean upon arrival. Bed was comfortable. Walkable area- able to walk to stores and restaurants. Not far from O'Hare airport- 20 minutes.
Negatives:
Front Desk stated housekeeping on demand; however housekeeping came anyway without my asking. TV was mid- didn't seem to be in HD- fuzzy picture. Shower slide door wouldn't stay closed. No fridge.

Toilet leaked on bathroom floor. We were there three days and they never fixed it after we asked repeatedly. We asked for a different room and they offered a smaller room than we had paid for. We were told the room would be cleaned every other day. Never happened.

The bed in the room I stayed in was completely broken down. I sad in the middle and the foot and head of the bed were higher than my lap. I am not a big guy. 6', 170 lbs.
There was no way to sleep comfortably in this bed.
When I addressed this with the front desk in the morning I was offered nothing more than a 1/2 sincere apology.
