Positives: I didn’t like anything, the first lady I talk to when I checked in was very nice but the next lady in the morning when I was having issues wasn’t trying to help me in anyway. there was no breakfast. and there was a restaurant connected to the hotel, but they were a little pricey, so no breakfast from the hotel.

Negatives: I didn’t like that I couldn’t sleep in my hotel room because there was so much noise upstairs for hours and then when I asked the front desk, lady if I could have a new room, she said no and then called the room upstairs and the noises just got worse I had to go to a funeral the next morning at 10 and I got no sleep From Tennessee getting there at around 1 to 2 AM. The lady I talk to her first asked me if the room is clean, but I had only checked the beds really quick while I was trying to bring all my stuff in for being tired after driving eight hours then I realized as I couldn’t sleep, that the room was not clean not the bathroom not the floors nothing else was changed but the sheets and I couldn’t sleep.

Negatives: there was fighting, screaming, door slamming all night long. there were no blankets on the bed, only sheets. room smelled so funny and the doorways and lights switches had an inch of filth on them.

Negatives: the construction very hard to enter at night… confusing on where the entrance is. hope they finish the construction very soon. I’ve stayed here in several occasions and each time there’s a insect issue. first time it was an ant issue in the bathroom, then it was a gnat issue in the room

Positives: The property is out dated and has water damage through out. Bad oder, dirty. Room 111 has a very bad urine oder. The building carpet is extremely dirty and moldy. Wall is room 111 had water damage in bathroom and closet/doorway area. Very old and stained linen. Parking was horrible you can only enter through lobby

Positives: What is up with this place? Front desk couldn't locate reservation, searching with little to no communication for 25-30 minutes only to finally locate. Breakfast is NOT a breakfast. Stayed 5 days and couldn't take it any longer (checked out two days early despite no refund.) A bed footrail was leaning up against the hallway wall for the entire time. Is this place under repair? No smoking (yea right!) Anything goes anywhere. Do not make the same mistake!
