My Own Experience at Super...
Positives:
Close to O'Hare Airport. The room was OK, but the lobby and halls were a bit shabby. There are many better moderately price hotels available near the airport. We chose the wrong hotel.
Negatives:
The room was clean, but the lobby and hallways need to be painted and upgraded. Their poor condition will cause us to avoid staying there again.
People hung out in the lobby that seemed as if they were loitering. The front desk clerk was not quickly available when we tried to check in and again when it was time to check out.
Breakfast was poor. Only cold cereal and a couple of battered breakfast candy bars were supplied. We did not try the coffee.
