That there was a step out balcony. The pool was great but the hot jetted pool was the best.
Negatives:
The fact that the hotel advertised a spa and this is 95% of why I booked. To my dismay even though advertised hours from 8am to 8pm that wasn't so.
I called for services for Saturday, Found out it was an outside company. All they had were 2 time slots available. They couldn't even do a couples massage because they lacked the staff she stated.
The young lady finally said I might have someone to do your couples massage at 6pm. She said let me call you back. Well, I never received that call.

The location is beautiful, but parking is an absolute nightmare! It’s not located by the entrance and it’s down 2 flights of stairs and across the street… And the hotel is confusing and easy to get lost.

Everything here is Very dated. Was clean but run down.
