Positives: Staff was nice, it was in a good area with lots of restaurants around it, good price
Negatives: I saw a roach in the bathroom, room could use some repairs. My key cards also worked weirdly, took forever and multiple tries for the door to recognize the key card. I also woke up sick the next day with no symptoms previously , unsure if related to room conditions but seems weird

Negatives: Friends, if anyone makes a decision to stay in this hotel, then bypass it side When we arrived we were not met at the entrance, we waited a long time for a man at the front desk, because of this there was a long line of people. When it was our turn to check in, we were refused and told that there were no rooms available and they could not check us in. We made a reservation in advance but our room was given to someone else Me and my family were very upset, it was late at night and we had nowhere to go. We wanted to get our money back for the paid room for three days, but we were refused, they said that these questions are not for her, she is just a working person and can not help us with a refund. People who were behind us in line were in the same situation. The money was not returned to us neither by the hotel owners nor by booking. We drove half the night in search of new accommodation as we had our dog with us and we could not check in everywhere. In general, I do not recommend this hotel and this booking service. Positives: I always love the rooms extended stay has to offer but I don’t understand  why they didn’t have a fully equipped  kitchen supplies. I was told by the front desk when I requested the dishes I needed for the kitchen that they had none. They only had coffee cups.So I went and bought my own.I was deployed to come to Chicago Illinois my husband and I are still waiting for placement from the government for housing So I asked booking.com to extend my stay till August 19 ,2023 and I also asked the front desk to extend my stay.so last night when I got to my room they wouldn’t reactivate my card. And I told the front desk that I had thought everything was worked out because booking.com send several emails to the management.He stated no so then I told him Allow to remove my stuff from the room because I my husband and I have been deployed here and we have are Military guns up stairs in are room.I also asked him if he could just charge the card in file for another week and he stated no I needed another reservation so I went on line and book another reservation and he told me I still had to check out .The person that was at the front desk allowed me to gather my stuff and that I had to check out. I told him again my card is on file just charge it for another seven days and stated I couldn’t do a walk in and I told him I just made another reservation on line but he assisted that his manager would not allow us to stay.this really upset me because I am not from Chicago Illinois and I told him that I was deployed here by a government program, and I still didn’t have my housing  finalized. I expressed to him that I leave at 5:30 AM and don’t come back until 8:30 PM and that I would really appreciate if he would extend my room for seven more days and he refused. I’ve always stayed an extended stay hotels because of the Kitchenet I love to prepare my food on my own.
Negatives: That they made my husband and I leave at 9:30 or 10 ish last night because they wouldn’t extend are stay even though you had my card on file.So we were forced to find another location. I could not believe that after I explain to him I was deployed here for a government program can you please just extend my stay They made us leave.The front desk person and the supervisor Sandy I believe her name was.
