The majority of the staff were not welcoming. We were not told before arriving that the elevators were not working. Upon check in we were not offered the amenities that are supposed to go onto the rooms (pots, pans, cups etc.)

Positives:
The staff was very helpful when I had issues with the room. The first room they put me in stunk of smoke. In the second room, the toilet had flushing problems. They must have used a plunger but that didn't fix it permanently. I was leaving that day
