The woman that was working at the o'fallon super 8 last night was pretty nice but she understood but she couldn't do anything about it they booked me for the one in O'Fallon Illinois and I never went there I never got the room and I still charged me for it I broke my bank I was in an emergency situation and I had to sleep outside because of it how do I get my money back?
Negatives:
I reserve the room on booking.com and I had to change it three times cuz he kept making me choose O'Fallon Illinois well that's where the reservation went they charged me for it for the one that fell in Illinois and I didn't even go there I had to sleep outside last night and they charged me for it and I don't know how to get my money back

Positives:
Location, good water pressure in shower. Bath towels were not worn or stained.
Negatives:
The room wasn’t very clean. Our room smelled like animals had been there. Lots of surface dust. Toilet seat questionable as far as being clean. Fridge was dirty and had sticky red goo left from a previous guest.

Room was decent. Newer mattresses were nice.
Negatives:
The longer stay tenants arguing in the middle of the night. The backdoors should be glass so you can see people coming/going. One of the backdoors didn't work all the time so you had to park in the back and walk around. Cereal was served out of dispensors which some people won't eat due to their hygenie techniques. Milk was in a community gallon jug which people won't use due to hygenie techniques. The bagels and waffles were stacked in a conatiner unwrapped individually.

The bathroom wasn?t clean as it should be, there were crumbs on the edges of the floor, the tub and shower head looked dirty and dull, it even had a green piece of brush maybe from the toilet cleaner I?m not sure. The toilet seat had a spot on it
