Positives:
Staff is always friendly and welcoming. This is one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever slept in. I'm putting that against 4-5 star hotels. Don't let the exterior fool you. It does need some upgrades, which I think is currently happening. I stayed for the price but continue going back for the hospitality and cleanliness, and the beds are super comfortable. This is my go-to when working in the area. Also nice & quiet .

Could use better coffee. Not a breakfast person, but they do offer breakfast items.

The staff were great. The room needed a deep clean and a shower curtain that is long enough to stay inside to tub. I probably would not stay here again due to the uncleanliness. The chair in the room was soiled in stains. The floor could have used a shampooing and the bathroom needed some attention as well.

King sized bed was very comfortable and room was large. Had all amenities for comfort.

We booked a room with a jacuzzi but it served only as a tub. The jets didnt work. Luckily there was no cost difference between rooms with and without the jacuzzi.

We had a great nights sleep and awoke ready to venture on.
Positives:
Good location. Rooms are a good size. Clean rooms. Breakfast was awful. Coffee and re packed muffins that look a week old. The worst coffee ever Awful so called breakfast.
Positives:
Nothing, but it was the only option for 10 miles. Should've passed it and moved on. The only redeeming value is the story of how bad and run down it was. It somehow became an embarrassment to the motel 8 chain, and that is quite a monumentious feat.
Negatives:
The smell, the mildew, the staff, the fact that no trucker across the street chose it over sleeping in their cab.
