Homewood Suites By Hilton Orland Park

Positives: The property was clean, comfortable, and close to all sorts of food, shopping, and right across from a huge gym. The room was like a small studio apartment. It was clean and comfortable. The only problem I could say about it is the patreons that were out upstairs and next door neighbors were very inconsiderate with dragging a chair around at 3 o'clock in the morning (above) us. And the same floor neighbors slamming their door at 4/5 o'clock in the morning. This is not the hotels fault I actually said something about it to staff but the patreons have to be considerate. The staff were extremely helpful when I needed extra pillows bcuz I had a back procedure done. Also when we had a non working coffee maker and that and the pillows were brought to our room right away. Before we even got to our room James (front desk clerk who checked us in) had a text sent to me asking how everything was. On the TV the message was welcome (with last name). And Susana was extremely helpful with what was needed. Even after I had been home for 12 hrs and realized I had forgot to sign out of my Netflix acct I texted Susana about it and she answered right away if it automatically signs out when another patreon gets the room. This was the best hotel that we have ever stayed at.

Positives: The staff were very polite. Rooms was clean and the breakfast was awesome.

Positives: The Suite was very clean and well kept. Staff members were nice and polite. They helped xhange my suite from horrible 209 to a lovely quite suite

Positives: the size of our room was excellent,and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for the area with close by shopping,eating and entertainment. Will be staying there again in the near future.

Positives: We were greeted by the front desk agent whenever we passed through the (spotless) lobby. It was just cool enough to have the fireplace going. Being from the south that really made it feel like vacation. The friendly greetings are what really stood out.

Positives: All things were pretty good, but our room was right over the very large Air Conditioning System made noise all night, not a very restful room for Seniors.

Positives: Overall the accomodation and facilities were excellent Majority of the staff were friendly Breakfast was included with a variety of foods offered Did not use the swimming pool but it looked clean and inviting Laundry was working and coins for the machines were readily available from reception Rooms were spacious L, clean and comfortable Nice little courtyard to sit and relax
