The pillows were like rocks. We asked for different pillows, but they gave us the same horrible pillows. We had to purchase better pillows to sleep on the second day of our stay.

Being on the second floor without an elevator for two days and the door to the room was VERY difficult to open. The shower was a mess, it literally leaked all over the floor and the shower head plumbing was leaking whenever you used the shower, it spayed all over the place.

It didn’t have the soap,shampoo and conditioner hook in the bathroom shower. We have stayed in many hotels and it was there. The small bar soap was terrible. That really need to be upgraded.
