I didn't like anything the staff was super rude a guy name Mohamed and a female name Elizabeth they ware both real rude and disrespectful and i was charged for a room that I never check in and when I called back and say can I get a refund the female Elizabeth said no we took your money and you won't get it back in a real bad disrespectful way and they ware laughing about it and just hang the phone up on me and when I called back the property they picked up and told me not to call back again we took the money and added to our paycheck trying to be funny I have the conversation in recording that I was recording with another phone and I want the staff that work in that location to be dealt with with the red roofing management or headquarters please that is not a way to talk to a customer

Avoid this hotel… i have multiple unricognized charges after i gave my credit card for deposit to Israel (front desk guy) He used my credit card for his purposes. I will never stop by in this hotel again. Typical ghetto hotel. If you want your credit card info used by them , book the room. P.S. Menager knows what is going on. But simply replaying that „nothing she can do”
