This place was very dusty and dirty. Shower head was nasty. Asked for a couple more towels told they had none. No light bulb in floor floor lamp. Only cold foods for breakfast. Would not stay again.

Noisy heat/ac unit, leaking bathtub faucet, housekeeping waking me at 8:30am because they "came in early and wanted to get started on the rooms" (checkout was at 11 and the "do not disturb" sign was on the door

Needed more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning, which we pointed out to the managers. Even though this is a budget hotel, it wouldn't be too much to expect the room to be dusted at least weekly. Our room had quite a bit of dust.

The guy at the dest was rude when I asked how to get to our room, as if I was a frequent guest...we are not! This was our FIRST trip to Illinois. The pool was closed, which it did not say that online. It smelled of smoke & cheap spray in the hallway and was extremely hot walking to our room. The bathtub was stained black, the mini fridge had MOLD in it, our TV had issues as soon as we got there & they talked to us like we were children. The blankets were as thin as a curtain. Just bad all the way around.

the location. motel was located near restaurants and shopping. not far from my assigned job location.

there was a cockroach in bed with me. I attempted to kill it but it scurried away to fast. I lived in fear of it crawling in my ear while I slept so I insisted on leaving all the lights on during the night. Did not sleep well at all. If it had not been for my late hour check in, I would have relocated to a different motel, but I paid in advance for a three night stay and did not want to fuss with the hassle of fighting for a refund. I checked out early. The breakfast consisted of coffee, orange juice and prepackaged stale bread products. Some packaged oatmeal. I went to Bob Evans.

The price, the size of the room, and the area is the perfect spot to stay. The one lady that got me extra towels for my room was the nicest and

There was a whole in the bathroom wall, we found a bug in the room on one of the beds, the air conditioner wouldn't stay at the temp we would put it at to keep the room at the temperature we wanted, breakfast was being cleared up before its end time and we didn't really get to eat, which disappointed my son more than anything. The pool was nice, but with the location of the pool by the front desk, I felt like I was being watched for no reason.

We did not eat the breakfast. The location was easy to find. The room met all our needs.
Negatives:
We could tell it was an older motel. My sister and I are older (past 65) and there was no elevator. Carrying luggage up the stairs with knees that have replacements was slow. We could smell an odor like mildew while walking on the first floor. The bathtub and toilet both looked stained. We stayed in Room 203. This was my first experience in a long time with Super 8.
