Positives:
Room was clean and no odors. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was clean with plenty of warm water and products. Everything worked. Halls were quiet. Restful night! Price was good.

Breakfast has to much starches. Building has not been kept up. Lobby and room was nice, but rest of facilities was not appearing.

The place was dirty. Everybody in the lobby smelled like weed. They made me $100 deposit after I paid for the room on my credit card. After I checked out, the girl had no idea how to refund the deposit had to make several calls and she had to go physically to my room on the third floor and check to make sure I didn’t damage anything before she would give my money back . Definitely would not recommend

Everything was clean, nothing broken, the bed was good.
Location was great, close to everything I needed.
The hotel was full but still quiet.
In room refrigerator was excellent.
Priced appropriately for the quality of the property.
Negatives:
Lack of chairs in the room, promised microwave wasn't there.
Bathroom so small I actually had to step into the tub to close the door.
No bathroom vent fan, or it wasn't working.
Just not to the standard I expect from Baymont.
Since when are hotels charging a deposit that's more than the cost of the stay?
