Out of the whole day, the breakfast was amazing.
Negatives:
The first room we had there was pubic hair all over the toilet. There was chocolate in the air conditioning and it did not work. It was very hot in the room plus the bed was hard . The cleaning staff had already left so they said they “Upgraded” our room, but just put us upstairs in the same kind of room.

Was in the room for about an hour then my partner seen a cockroach on the chair that is at the desk. We pulled out a phone took a video of it real quick called the front desk. This is about 1:30 in the morning. They moved me to a room right upstairs From the other one. I was completely creeped out from seeing the bug did not get a good nights sleep at all. I pretty much stayed awake watching TV looking for other bugs to come my way in the morning. I go down to the front desk and I talk to the manager on duty. She gets very defensive with me tells me she can’t come the night and that she could only offer me a 10% discount on another night I asked her for corporate’s phone number. She wound up giving me customer service phone number. I proceeded to call customer service told them what was going on. I received a call about an hour later from the owner of the establishment who then gives me another night for free and asked that I don’t post a video I go in to get the room that was comped for me and they have me on the band list. The lady I spoke to earlier that day at the front desk banned me. Why would you banned me all I did was complain about a cockroach in the room and asked for some compensation because of it no cussing no argument no nothing. She bans me discrimination to the fullest. I’m an African-American so they had to call the owner of the hotel to let me stay for that night because of the band. OK I was gonna leave it at that until I tried to check in two days later and I’m still on the band list. I had been staying there about three days a week for the past month. I was a regular all the staff knew me now I cannot go there because I told them about the cockroach in the room

Our bathroom door got stuck every time we went in there. Our door for our room did not latch. My husband didn't want to scare me so he didn't tell me. There was hair in the tub before we used it. The hot water heater cannot keep up with the amount of room that this facility has. All of us took cold showers.

The place reeked of marijuana as soon as you entered the parking lot. The front office smelled of marijuana. The rooms smelled like marijuana. The tube drain had hair in it. I called up the front desk to tell them and they had someone come up and clean it. When you slept in the beds your head was lower than your feet. When you walked on the third floor to get ice the smell of marijuana hit you so hard we started to coughing. They had a $100 deposit you had to pay which wasn’t on their site or bookings site. The hotel looked like it was very clean

The elevator was very dated. It really impacted the experience. Also, there weren’t chocolates in the suite as advertised. On the second day of my stay they ran out of breakfast and some guests didn’t eat.
