Positives:
The people at the front desk were very nice. I liked the soap/shampoo/conditioner provisions. Breakfast was okay for the most part.
Negatives:
The whole hotel smelled like marijuana. The area outside of the elevator on the third-floor smelled foul, like trash. I couldn't unplug the bathtub so there was standing water left behind. The windows and mirrors were filthy. The doors to our rooms did not close properly. We didn't feel like it would be safe to leave valuables behind.
