We stayed 6 days! I asked for housekeeping to come every other day and they came once on the third day just to empty our trash and drop towels off on the counter just thrown up there. Left our toilet paper roll empty. Elevator never worked and we were on the third floor. Also the hot cocoa machine was empty for 3 days.

It was nice to have a continental breakfast! The rooms were clean and the beds were soft and cozy! It was nice to have an indoor pool to use. It was a touch cold but our kids still loved it!
Negatives:
We stayed 3 nights, and the room was never freshened up. Not sure what is standard practice but I would have liked fresh towels at some point. We just asked the front desk on our last night for more trash liners and a roll of toilet paper. Not a huge deal. Was still a good stay and probably would stay again.
