Location! Comfy and cozy, clean.

dissatisfaction was with the complimentary beer the concierge "gifted" to us. When we went to enjoy our beverage, bartender shared at close out that it wasn't complimentary.The card was for a free taste! Really?Most bars with assortment of taps offer that

Hotel was great for what I needed it to be. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Food was very good at the restaurant and reasonably priced (had the special of burger/fries $10).
Negatives:
I didn't like the parking garage, a bit creepy at night but it was free. I was able to get a spot in front of hotel 2nd night which was good and free. The pool looked great but was not open, pending inspection so was disappointed about that.

You listed this hotel with a indoor pool I booked for 3 days expecting a pool and it has been closed for 6 months according to staff that is clearly false advertising abd I would of chose a diffebtg space if I would of known that

I had to wait at the desk for about 15 minutes as the staff appeared to be on break somewhere. When I did get my room, there were cigarette burns all over the room, including huge cigarette burn holes in the carpet everywhere and in thr bead spread. Dump.

The pool was closed for maintenance. There was a loud alarm going off in the lobby for literally days that no one could disable. On top of that, there was not a drop of hot water in the building. I took two freezing cold showers while I stayed there.
