Great staff, clean rooms, great accommodations
I had a problem with my room, it smelled like someone had smoked in there while the person's room I was traveling with did not. I politely asked to change rooms and they were amazing about it! They were very accommodating. I spoke with a kind lady on the phone when confirming my booking and she remembered me hours later when I had to call and ask about arrival times. The rooms had a few areas of chipped paint, but room and service I received was perfect.

Breakfast food was decent. Not enough seating area as we had to take our food to our room to eat.
Negatives:
There was no hot tub as the description said there would be. Room wasn’t as nice as the pictures online. The room I was given furniture was falling apart and the room looked in bad shape and the bedding had dirt and black hairs all over it. I asked for a different room and they gave me one. It was somewhat better. The pool area didn’t look as nice as the pictures. The bed was too hard. Very small pillows given.

It was clean when we got there. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
We stayed for 3 nights, and we didn't get one day of room service. There were no towels unless we went to the desk to get them. We had to share soap and toilet paper from each room because we were tired of going to the desk. The lady at check-in was rude to customers on the phone, and she was constantly cussing. We didn't get clean sheets. For 2 days there was a housekeeper on our floor and she didn't clean our room she said the supervisor was going to clean it and we never saw a supervisor. The housekeeper had an attitude and didn't want to give us any towels. I have stayed several times, and this was the worst. One of our lamps was broken. I touched it to straighten it up, and it just fell over, and our headboards were dusty.
