Check-in was easy and convenient with the kiosk in the lobby! Rooms were clean staff was friendly

Nothing. Needs to be noted that its in a very seedy location. Room next to me had people spill into the hallway. I had to call 911 and they were arrested. Had a hard time sleeping. The door lock was broken so I had to move furniture to keep door blocked

I didn't like anything. I left within 15 minutes of getting there because it was so disgusting.
Negatives:
There were roaches in the room. Some alive, some dead. There was a half empty water bottle under the coffee table, and I didn't look for any more trash because I was too busy leaving from the roaches, but if the people responsible for cleaning can't pick up a water bottle, it horrifies me to think of what else they would have missed. I wouldn't trust that the bedding was clean. I'm actually going to be reporting them to the Illinois Department of Public Health. This was also in what I was told was an "upgrade" from my reservation. I shudder to think what the other room would have been.

Last time I stayed there I told them about roach problems
They didnt do nothing about it probably gonna be my last stays
My car was filled with roaches that came out of the bags. I guess it really freaked me out when a roach crawled on my phone stand in my car. I was looking at CVS at a time.
