The location and that it is across from a restaurant that food is delicious.

Our toilet was stopped up had to switch room right across the hall and a staff member took my fifth of Don Julio Repesado that I left in our first room which was my fault but they knew we moved literally right across the hall I was very displeased with the whole experience then our other room toilet stopped up as well over flowed onto the floor that was able to be fixed but no one cleaned our bathroom like we were told eventually we went and purchased cleaning products to clean it ourself. Again the best thing about this establishment is the location and the restaurant right across the way...

Not good I could hear next door having sex and people doing drugs someone took my iPods and my phone was stolen for 19 hrs and supposedly somebody found it outside but they took it to a Indian church I was looking on it through my app on my tablet. I would not trust them at all.

Staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and location was good not far from attractions.
Negatives:
The chairs in the breakfast area were dirty with dog/cat hair. I did not eat breakfast, it was all cold items and only one hot item(waffles). I would have given an exceptional rating if the breakfast area was cleaner and offered more hot breakfast items.
