Any employees/staff I spoke to were very kind and helpful, which I appreciated when I went to the front desk to ask for hand soap (my room had no soaps at all). The location was convenient and I never had an issue with parking, I appreciated that!

I’m a non-smoker, when I got home, all of my belongings (even my hairbrush) smelled like smoke from being in the room for five days. Also, the toilet was not installed correctly, it leans to the right fairly significantly (although stable). Breakfast was sad (not even a waffle maker).

The room was reasonably priced and availability was plentiful.

The staff both day and night were unfriendly, rude and unhelpful. They didnt even say hello upon walking in. The room was absolutely disgusting . There was a giant hole in the wall behind the door, no towels, table was dirty, bedding was stained, window was broken, floor was absolutely filthy!!! There were a bunch of people hanging out in the parking lot being loud and immature. The pool is closed down and the breakfast was absolutely terrible!!! The gravy was straight water, the biscuits were hard and uneatable, eggs were gritty and rubbery and when I told the front desk lady about it she said someone else has messed it up and she wasnt fixing it!!

SOMEthings Get Better with Time
Positives:
The horrific room condition, soiled linens, dirty towels and toilet were changed howerr the spiled coverlet and towels were not,. It should never have been let out in that state where bodily fluids are obvious. I was told "well smoking rooms are dirty" that was inexcusable and not in connection to smoking it was drug use, bed bugs and lack of proper cleaning and maintenence. There is no signage or address showing where the property is located but a single small sign on the building. There was a concert that was put up temporarily next to the parking lot and it was ratting the windows, no warning was given this was a concern and serious noise problem. Numberous bugs were in the room because the property does not have screens even though all windows open. The vile stench of the common spaces was inescapable. I asked for a refund and it was granted because there was zero proper representation of the state of decay and inhospitable nature of the hotel. This location needs promptly removed from the platform. They were not secure and advertised verbally my personal information and room number and had no idea why that is not OK. This is a location mostly used to house the unhoused, recently released poorly incarcerated. The " residents" brought their problems and drama in loud discussions in common spaces. No space was ADA accessible

First door key and room we were given, get to the room and the door key pad doesn’t even work. Go back down and get told we have to go to a different room. Go to a different room with new key cards. And it takes atleast 20 swipes before it reads the card and lets us in. Everything was great until about 9pm when my family was trying to go to sleep. People running up and down the hallway. People yelling and slamming doors. Got woke up at 12:40 to a guy literally screaming. Looked in the hall to see what was going on and a cop was also out there and then the guy ended up getting escorted out of the hotel all while still screaming. We stayed to get rest as we had an early morning but very little rest is what we got.

Pretty much the whole experience. It is run down, disgusting, and I can’t believe how gross it was. It looks NOTHING like the website pictures. The pool was filthy and gross. We had blankets with burn holes and the entire place was filthy.

Had to pay additional deposit that wasn't listed anywhere. Hot water didn't work. Heater didn't work. Phone didn't work. Blow dryer didn't work. Bathroom floor was caving in. Pool was super cold and dirty. Staff were zero help. O and the breakfast was just packaged rolls of donuts amd granola bars

The pool was ICE cold, the room I originally booked was inaccessible because the key mechanism was broken. The other room I got was not stocked with towels nor tissues, was COVERED in dust, and pretty sure the linens weren’t cleaned because the top of the bedding had stains and crust. Also they took my incidental money and I left the room as clean as when I arrived.
