I definitely give this a 10 star. I normally don?t spend as much money as I did, but it was a very well kept up facility inside and out. The room was awesome. Had all the amenities and it was just very enjoyable and the pool was awesome. So great

It was clean and breakfast had a good variety. Convenient to Walmart, restaurants, Starbucks. Staff were helpful. Quiet when we were there.
Negatives:
There was some things that needed repaired. The sink had a small crack, shower at bottom of door entry had some drywall crack that needed repair and a crack in the tile at base of shower. Two holes had been patched but not painted in the bathroom by towel rack. Important to keep up repairs or can look rough. Bathroom tile grout on the floor looked worn and was white in some places and dark in others. Carpet was clean. Room otherwise good.

Clean, exceptionally good breakfast, comfy bed, good shower. Would definitely use again.
Positives:
The staff. From the front desk to the breakfast cook to the room cleaning staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Pool and whirlpool was awesome for the kids and family. I give them 110%!
Negatives:
Room had damage when we arrived (carpet damage and wall cracking. Other than that, everything was excellent with the room. Poll area could be a little bit bigger, but that is a construction item. Printer on computer desk did not work. Minor items.

Every reason for the stay was to enjoy the pool, hot tub n which both were too cold to get in.. no hot tub heater, no waffle maker working in the breakfast area .. had to switch room soon as we got there because only half the couch was vacuumed and the other half was COMPLETELY COVERED IN DOG HAIR.

Negatives:
Double queen room, one of the beds had stains on the sheets, wet spots no color. Lifted up the pillow and large stain there, so slept on the other bed. Shower had long hairs and outside of shower. Stayed here in past and no problems, will try again.
