Nice location for Rock Falls

Check in was a very easy process after 11:00 PM. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Chris at the front desk did a great job of helping me find a replacement battery for my insulin pump when it unexpectedly went low. Overall a very nice place to stay hope to visit again.

The room was a little warm for our comfort when we arrived. It was not bad and was easily fixed overall our stay was pleasant.

Balcony from the back exit of the room had a table and chairs. Nice view of the river. Clean, spacious room. Comfortable beds and linens. Wide variety of breakfast choices. Easy, fast check-in and check-out process. Nice to have a microwave in the room and a larger-than-average refrigerator. Pool, exercise room and guest laundry facilities were a definite plus.
Negatives:
We would have liked more caffeinated coffee pods for the Keurig machine in our room.
