Negatives:
No breakfast included on price despite having similar rate with Hilton, which included breakfast. Dirty and smelly shits and pillowcases. Sticky floor in the bathroom and visible stains on the floor

Positives:
The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. The bed and pillows were very soft and Comfortable. The floor was clean and nearly new.
Negatives:
The overall room is out dated, The t.v is small and hard to see from a distance(the bed). It was only one waste basket not a waste basket in the bathroom. The bathroom light is very dim.

The hound woman that checked us in was excellent. Very happy with her. The hotel is very close to the O’Hare Airport bus, which is why we stayed
