Not much, the young desk clerk did try her best to remedy the problems. E were also informed that the hotel does not offer rooms with tall toilets that many seniors would prefer.
Negatives:
No toiletries in room, toilet seat was cracked & pinced me when I sat down, tub had drippy faucet, cinnamon muffin was hard as a rock. There was a sharp nail sticking out of top of chair in breakfast area that stuck me when I pulled out the chair. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. We were moved to a different room which was a hassle for us as we are both in our 70’s. Everything has to be packed up & moved to the different room. We will not stay here again!

The shower head cover contained pink mold (it had not been cleaned/scrubbed). The urinal in the men's restroom connected to the lobby had not been cleaned, as the bowl portion was black and emitted a strong unpleasant odor. Broken WIFI-2days
