Positives:
Staff was friendly and responsive.
Negatives:
Not a dislike per say, but a note that would have been nice to know ahead of time. Sheets for the pull out beds and pool access need to be requested at the front desk. Also, the pool is much smaller than the online pictures would lead you to believe.
Negatives:
There were no sheets/covers/pillows for the pull out couch. When requested they only had sheets. The sheets on the king bed were stained. Also there was a weird smell in the room. For the price I expected more.

The registration person rude,we stood waiting to check in for 5 minutes while she sat in guest are reading a magazine when she finalgot up she acted mad that we interrupted her, gave us key that were not activated so when I had to go back down she was sit

Was really scary pulling into the lot at 11 pm. All kinds of people milling around in their cars, had to beep in, and felt very unsafe in that area. Wont stay there again.

It was very noisy. I was up all night. People constant, kept walking and banging on doors. The staff were horrible. I did not rest at all. It was the worst experience of my life never what I rent again.

Nothing worst experience/hotel/Dirtiest we've ever stayed at.

Room was disgusting. They gave our room away. Then gave us wrong keys. My child and I both got cut on pool ladder by just using it to exit the pool. Staff was always on personal phone calls and couldn't bother putting them on hold to man the desk.

The room was dirty ,pizza sauce on the wall and stains on the sheets and comforters. And I was not offered a new room when I notified the staff. The morning of check out, the housekeeping walked in our room at 9:30am.
