Negatives: They lied about the security deposit I called and spoke to the staff at the property they said I could pay in cash and once I got there I had to put the deposit on my card I wouldn’t have repaid for the room if was told the correct information

Negatives: We were in 117. The folks next to us smoked & smoke seeped under inside door. We don’t smoke.Thought NO smoking! Even had to initial a form saying , U cannot smoke. Hmm! Could hear them having sex & their TV. No coffee! No donuts, Nothing!

Negatives: The original booking had the rooms on opposite sides of the property, therefore having the desk attendant change one of the rooms to a double queen instead of a king next to a double queen, room 132 smelled like a non bathed man’s body Oder and there were clothes under the bed, the rooms were not conjoined rooms, the desk in room 134 is deteriorating, the bathroom door in room 134 was chewed up at the bottom of the door exposing at least a 4” gap between the floor and the door, I asked to use a broom to simply keep room maintained and the attendant made it feel like a chore to ask for more linens for the bed and a broom to clean up and keep our mess to a minimum due to us being a longer stay than one night. With no available sign to put on the door to indicate to housekeeping to clean room while guests that are occupying the room are away. During the time I was cleaning my room out of my belongings to check out and going back n forth from my car to my room a gentleman knocked on the door didn’t introduce himself as anyone associated with the hotel to tell me about a bag with a diaper in it right outside my room is a tripping hazard and threatened a $50 fee with my naked toddler next to me and as I’m trying to politely excuse myself to keep packing and dress my child kept trying to explain the policy with my vehicle clearly wide open getting packed, also I’d like to point out that there were heart monitor pads on the sidewalks rocks from the landscaping and over the weekend there were needles laying about in the parking lot. now to top it off this is the only red roof amongst all my red roof bookings through booking.com refused to provide a receipt at check out to include that we left a day early and wouldn’t call the manager to either walk her through printing the receipt and told me that while I was standing there the manager walked out and I was told that they wouldn’t be back until the next morning.
