We've stayed here twice now, because we need a room with a real refrigerator/freezer to store our goodies from the nearby Mitsuwa Marketplace. The room feels and smells clean, and Edna at the front desk is delightful. We'll be back next time we're in town.

The kitchen area looks a little outdated, but honestly it looks just like it does in the photos, and everything works, so what do you expect? :)

Cozy, friendly place to stay
Positives:
night guard was generous with lending us some things we needed. the room was clean and the beds quite comfortable. tv worked well and there was some kind of breakfast included though we didn't use it. the receptionist by day was nice pointing us to a nice place to go.

the shower was pointed in one direction and could not be moved. the whole hotel felt a bit oldish. the receptionist called us 5 mins after checkout time to get out.

Conveniently located about 15-20 minutes from the O'Hare airport. Great because we had to catch an early morning flight.
