Positives: The hotel was very nice, clean, close to the Highway. It had complementary tea, coffee & hot chocolate 24-7. It also had complementary breakfast with what seemed to be carefully selected individually wrapped (aka pandemic conscious) food items.
Negatives: The pool had a filmy layer on the top of the water. We avoided it, but some people there did use it.

Positives: We arrived very late and one desk person was very nice, the other one was very rude. We were tired and just needed to sleep and younger staff person was very helpful.
Negatives: Due to booking mix up, we were forced to book a 2nd room. Hotel staff placed a $100 credit hold for each room on my card even though the room price was $---. In 2nd room, tv did not work. Wallpaper was coming off of wall and ceiling showed water damage.

Negatives: Room smelled musty , stains on carpet, room window did not block any noise from I55 sounded same when opened or closed. Walking dog no specified area to walk them ,found trash, old plastic cups and plastic bags behind dresser and under bed exit door broke
